Courts are clean and regularly maintained, with management known for quick responses to bookings and events. Coaching quality stands out: one international visitor travelled from Australia for sessions, praising the coach's patience, punctuality, and respect. The main friction points are unclear building access, patchy staff availability, and lighting that some find inadequate for play.

Review evidence is limited. The business operates pickleball courts from Taman Puchong Utama and claims to have been established since 1973. No individual reviews are currently available to assess experience or service quality.
When Pickletown opened, players praised the flooring quality and friendly service; off-peak play at RM35/hour felt fair. The semi-open design avoids stuffiness, and the integrated food court is convenient. Peak-hour pricing has nearly doubled to RM60/hour (now RM100 for two hours), however, which reviewers say deters casual drop-ins. Missing court dividers, limited parking, and staff delays at the counter frustrate regulars. Recent visitor noted the court is well-equipped with rest chairs and staff remain hospitable. Yet pricing concerns persist: several reviewers hope management will lower rates, especially as off-peak occupancy has visibly declined. The location in Puchong suits nearby residents but is inconvenient for others.
Low-cost courts with hard floors and reasonable spacing attract players, but management friction derails the experience. Security repeatedly interrupts mid-game for proof of booking despite the system having records, and courts sometimes lack nets or have lights cut while games are underway. The venue has the bones for a solid social spot if staff coordination improves.
