Players consistently praise The Pickle Hub for its well-maintained courts, bright lighting, and spacious layout. The venue draws regular attendees who value the comfortable environment and social atmosphere, though one reviewer noted the indoor courts can feel warm during peak play times.
Playpoint Sport Centre draws regular players for its spacious courts and welcoming owner who bends rules for latecomers. Reviewers praise the new facility, reasonable rates, and staff attentiveness, though heat buildup and mandatory 30-minute advance bookings frustrate some.
Five-star reviews praise the location near Taman Suntex, cheap open play sessions, and parking. The reception staff stand out for helpfulness. However, recent one-star reviews flag persistent issues: uneven courts with concrete cracks make footing unreliable, claimed air conditioning often runs off, and the low ceiling blocks lob shots. Most troubling, a recent enrollee reports coaching classes shrank from advertised 1:3-4 ratio to 1:6-7 after enrollment, with confusing pricing changes and rigid replacement policies that were not clearly disclosed upfront. For someone seeking casual, affordable play in a convenient spot, the venue works. For serious coaching or competitive players expecting consistent court quality and transparent terms, recent operational lapses suggest looking elsewhere first.
